1. Acceptance of Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall photodrom, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to photodrom, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. photodrom DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Platform. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Platform and your interactions with other users.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
